Shipping:
Please allow a processing time of 1-3 days for shipping, noting the warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday. You will receive an email confirmation once tracking has been added to your order. 

In the event that our Sydney warehouse runs out of stock, Gatorz will ship your product from one of their international warehouses. 

Returns/Exchanges:
Sunglasses can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date if it meets Gatorz Quality Control standard. To request a return please use our RETURNS CENTER.

Please note the following conditions:

  1. All items will undergo quality checks and must be returned in new, unused condition.
  2. Alll product packaging materials must be returned with your item(s).
  3. We do not cover the postage expense on return items unless agreed upon prior. 

If you wish to exchange a product that meets the above conditions, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@gatorzaustralia.com. Please note that the exchange process is discretionary and Gatorz Australia may decline the option pending circumstances.
